The fourth installment of ‘John Wick’ received its first trailer at San Diego Comic-Con this weekend. Keanu Reeves returns as the hitman as he continues his path of revenge. The trailer showcases the action the series is known for, along side some new and returning characters.
New additions to the fourth entry include, Donnie Yen, Scott Adkins, Hiroyuki Sanada, Bill Skarsgård, and more. The trailer also showcases several new locations including Paris and Japan. With the addition of Hiroyuki Sanada and Donnie Yen, the new entry should showcase a heavy dose of martial arts action.
Following the death of his wife and the murder of his dog, retired hitman John Wick dusted off his old tools to seek revenge. Follow-up entries saw Wick excommunicated by the underground he once served, leading to a war with “The High Table”, the overseers of the hidden ring of assassins.
‘John Wick: Chapter 4’ is set to release on March 24th, 2023.
